Besides offering gentle chiropractic care, I often discuss healthy nutrition with clients to help keep their body operating at its best. I’m hearing people are tired of the same old recipes and want something fresh and new, so I thought I’d share some of my favorite summer recipes from various blogs and other websites. This recipe is just like eating the wraps straight from PF Changs! If you aren't strictly paleo or Whole 30, you can always add some rice to it.
Add a little spice to the sweet goodness of pineapple (widely available right now!). This recipe is super flavorful and quick to throw together. We serve it over rice but you are welcome to serve it just as it is.
